— Note.—In every patient the constitution, es

pecially in regard to a chronic disease,

should be respected. For example, a pa

tient suffering from diabetes received burns

of second to third degree on both hands,

and face. Under the general treatment

patient became comatose; sugar appeared

again in urine to a high percentage. The

prognosis was extremely dubious. As a

last resort, used Nat. sulf. externally and

internally, with the result that patient was

speedily cured of his burns, with the grad

ual disappearance of the sugar from the

urine.
