radiate (to ear, where to, where from?), what are the effects from drinks
(better or worse from temperature, better or worse before, during, or after
drinking, swallowing or eating?), concomittants
(swollen glands, ear pains, headaches, sweating, diarrhea, appetite, fever,
mood changes), physical exam (Temp and culture the throat)
Differential Dx: Dyphtheria - tonsilitis lasts 5-10 days - sequelae
