Arnica, Staphisagria. Arnica injuries are mostly injuries after a blow. For pain with bleeding after a blow in the hypogastrium you can give Arnica; after a blow in the abdomen, a very deep blow: Bellis perennis. Bellis perennis is a remedy for injuries of the abdomen. Our cleaning woman has been in a Bellis perennis state. You know there are garages which are going downstairs. The car was standing uphill, she drove the care backwards, got out and closed the door. The car was coming down and she tried to withhold it with her hands. She had to go to the hospital and afterwards I gave her Bellis perennis and the pain disappeared. Very deep contusions of the abdomen, also after abdominal operations, very deep abdominal operations where the pain remains, you have to think about Bellis perennis.
She has an inflammation of the bladder, pain in the bladder and in the urethra. Look at "bladder, urination, dysuria, in newly married women" (p. 656).
